Can I hide the bundle product so customers can't purchase it?
If your bundle is published and you want to stop new customers from finding it, Shopify gives you two product availability options: Unlisted and Draft. They behave differently for your existing subscribers, so which one you choose depends on what you need.
Setting a bundle to Unlisted hides it from your storefront so new customers can't discover or purchase it, but existing subscribers can still select bundle contents and their recurring orders continue to process normally.
Draft also hides the bundle from your storefront, but existing subscribers can no longer select bundle contents. Subscriptions with default selections configured can still process, but if your subscribers don't have default selections set up, their orders won't go through.
Before setting a bundle to Draft, check whether your existing subscribers have default selections configured. If they don't, their subscriptions will stop processing.
If you want to prevent existing subscribers from accessing the bundle product page entirely, you'll need custom code on your storefront to restrict access. This is outside of Recharge's scope of support. If you're not working with a developer, consider reaching out to a certified Recharge partner.
If you want to remove the bundle configuration entirely so the product goes back to a standard product, you'll need to delete the bundle rule:
- In the merchant portal, click Products and select Bundles.
- Hover over the bundle row to open the options menu.
- Select Delete bundle.
