How do I setup shipping rates for my bundles?

Different bundle types have different shipping behaviors:

• Preset bundles shipping rates are calculated based on all products in the bundle. Shopify shipping rules should account for the fact that Recharge edits the orders at checkout to reflect the preset bundle option. 
• Fixed-price customizable bundles shipping rates for the checkout order are based only on the parent product while shipping for recurring orders are based on both the parent product and each of the bundle contents. See How are fixed priced customizable bundles shipping calculations determined. 
• Dynamically-priced customizable bundles shipping rates use bundle contents to calculate rates for checkout and recurring orders. 

Creating a specific rate for the product that covers the shipping cost regardless of the contents included is recommended.
