Can I bulk update cancelled and expired subscriptions without reactivating them?
Cancelled and expired subscriptions are not reactivated when updates are made.
If using the import tool, you will need to gather your data by pulling a Subscriptions export. If you would like to update all subscriptions, including active and inactive, use the Subscriptions - All export.
If you would like to update just inactive customers, use the Subscriptions - Cancelled and/or Subscriptions - Expired.
It is recommended to include cancelled subscriptions in bulk updates to ensure the updates are in place if the customer reactivates.
