What time are upcoming charge notifications sent?
Upcoming charge notifications are generated each day based on the customer data on your store.
You can adjust the number of days ahead of the charge the notification is sent in the Upcoming order email Settings tab. Click Email in the merchant portal and select Upcoming order email. Click Settings and adjust the number of days before the charge notification should be sent. Click Save.
Upcoming charge notifications are sent daily between 6 PM UTC and 11 PM UTC. This time frame cannot be adjusted.
Other notifications are automatically sent based on their trigger. For example, subscription activation emails are prompted by a subscription checkout.
