Upcoming charge notifications are generated each day based on the customer data on your store. You can adjust the number of days ahead of the charge the notification is sent through your Notification settings. Upcoming charge notifications are sent daily between 7PM EST and 11PM EST. This time frame cannot be adjusted.
Other notifications are automatically sent based on their trigger. For example, subscription activation emails are prompted by a subscription checkout.
