Bulk update is taking a long time to process
Issue
When processing a bulk update using Bulk managing subscriptions tool or Bulk Updater tool, the bulk update tool appears to stall or takes a long time to finish processing.

There are a few troubleshooting steps to complete to address longer than usual bulk update processing:
Size
If you are attempting to bulk update a large file of subscriptions or charges, bulk update tools may take a few minutes to finish processing.
For example, the Bulk managing subscriptions tool can only process up to 50 000 records at a time. It is recommended to split the records into multiple CSV files or try running bulk updates on smaller batches of records if you are using the Bulk Updater tool.
Use a CSV file instead of the multi-select tool
If you are using the multi-select tool and encounter an issue with the tool stalling or not completing the bulk update, it is recommended to prepare a CSV file and use the import tool instead. For instructions on preparing a CSV file, use the bulk update chart to locate instructions for your specific update.
