Why do my updated shipping rates only apply to new orders?
Updated shipping rates in Shopify do not automatically apply to existing queued orders. Orders are created immediately following the previous charge. This means that changes made to your shipping rates configuration are not automatically associated with these orders and the orders process using the previous shipping rates.
If your rates are set to dynamically recalculate, the new shipping rate will appear on orders created after the existing queued order is processed.
If you are using Recharge Zones and Rates and update the rate on Shopify, you will need to re-import the rate in Recharge. When re-importing, all existing zones and rates are removed and replaced with the most up-to-date rates set in Shopify.
