Issue
When a customer goes to checkout a different rate than expected for the product is shown.

Resolution
If a weight is not specified for a package then Shopify will use the size and weight of the default package you have set up. If you are using weight-based rates, as recommended by Recharge, confirm that there is a weight present for the package and that it is the correct weight for that product. The package weight directly affects the shipping rates displayed during checkout.
