Why can't I see the Import update or Bulk Updates in the merchant portal?

If you aren't seeing the Import update/Bulk Update option on your merchant portal, you may not have the correct permissions to access the feature.
The store owner can update your profile's permissions to enable Orders, Customers & Subscriptions, Exports and Bulk Updates so you can access the feature.
