Shopify shipping profiles can be used to set up shipping based on the products in the cart. Review the following guide Creating a custom shipping profile for the Shopify Checkout Integration.
Recharge Zones and Rates does not support per-product shipping for merchants on BigCommerce. However, you could create a manual rate with conditions so that customers have to meet certain weight or order amount stipulations to be eligible for certain rates.
