Customer is not seeing the right currency in the customer portal

Issue
Customer reports that they aren’t seeing the correct currency on their customer portal and the store uses the Novum theme.

Stores using Novum or Theme Engine and multi-currency.
Resolution
Multi-currency is now supported by Recharge and best experienced on the Prima theme. When using Novum or the Theme Engine and multi-currency, the customer is charged in the presentment currency, but the merchant and customer portals display the amount paid in the Store currency.
For example, a customer who goes through checkout and pays 1400 jpy, continues to be charged in jpy, but their price is displayed in Dollars ($1400).
Recharge recommends switching to the Prima theme, where currency is displayed as presentment currency.
