Note: If you are using Failed Payment Recovery, the following instructions do not apply to your store.
You can change the number of failed charge retries with the following steps:
- In the merchant portal, click Retain and select Failed Payment Recovery
- Click into Basic recovery strategy.
- Under Failed charges, select the number of times and frequency a charge should be retried.
