BigCommerce Checkout Integration

BigCommerce gift certificates are compatible with the BigCommerce Checkout Integration for checkout orders. Gift certificates cannot be used in the customer portal. 

Recharge Checkout on BigCommerce

Recharge does not support BigCommerce gift certificates on the Recharge Checkout on BigCommerce. We recommend migrating to the BigCommerce Checkout Integration or using discount codes in Recharge.
