Shopify has a Bulk Account Inviter tool available for Shopify Plus stores to notify customers to create their new account after migrating.

If you are not a Shopify Plus store, you may opt to use a third-party application, like Bulk Account Invite Sender. Once your customers have accepted the invitation, they can enter a new password and complete their account setup.
