Understanding the Recharge Product Roadmap
The Recharge product roadmap is a place for you to submit ideas, see what we're working on, sign up for Early Adopter Programs, and get involved in the product development process. This guide covers an overview of the roadmap, how you can share product feedback, and common questions.
Before you start
The product roadmap was created to outline Recharge's general product direction. It is intended for information purposes only, and may not be incorporated into any contract. This is not a commitment to deliver any material, code, or functionality, and should not be relied upon in making purchasing decisions.
The development, release, and timing of any features or functionality described for Recharge’s products remains at the sole discretion of Recharge. The roadmap is not meant to cover every feature release, features in progress, or features being considered.
Overview
The Recharge Product Roadmap consists of three phases:
- In Progress Portal provides a clear view of what we are working on, including powerful enhancements as well as features and products coming soon.
- Early Adopter Programs Portal brings together all of Recharge’s Early Adopter Programs into one place where merchants and partners can easily register interest for a program and provide quality feedback for the Product team.
- Released Portal centralizes all of our recent releases and guides merchants on how to get started using it with their stores.

FAQs
When will I see my idea on the roadmap?
If a feature is seriously considered or has begun development, it will be visible on the roadmap. In the meantime, the request will be collecting feedback internally.
How long does it typically take for a feature to be released?
Development efforts vary in duration, and items in progress may take weeks, months, or even years to complete. Occasionally, an item may be put on hold if unexpected discoveries require priority or plan adjustments. Consider this roadmap as a general direction, not a strict timeline for feature delivery.
Will I receive a response to my idea or feedback?
The product team will follow up with any questions if necessary, though you will not always get a response. Each request is read and detailed internally.
Can I submit product bugs and issues here?
No, to report a bug you must contact Recharge Support.
Can I follow a request without leaving feedback?
No, to get notified of feature updates you must leave feedback with your email address, how important the feature is to you, and a note about your use case.
