Merchants on the BigCommerce Checkout Integration can leverage all of BigCommerce’s native discount functionality during the checkout, including coupon and automation promotions.

Before you start
- You must configure discount codes in the BigCommerce admin portal to be used during checkout. Refer to Discounts and Coupons for detailed information on configuring discounts in BigCommerce.
Applying discount codes
Customers can enter discounts in the cart or at checkout before ordering.
BigCommerce recurring discounts
BigCommerce offers a variety of discount types. Some discounts are recurring, while others are one-time offers. Below is a list of the discounts and whether they get passed through to recurring orders.
