Discounts are created but the discount field is not appearing on the cart page.

Resolution
In BigCommerce, when a customer has a subscription product in their cart, Recharge automatically hides the Coupon Code, Subtotal, Shipping Estimate, and Estimated Tax fields on the cart page. Once the customer clicks Checkout, the fields appear and they can add their coupon/discount code.
Discount codes must be created on both Recharge and BigCommerce to apply to subscriptions or mixed carts.
