Handling invalid product options errors

While checking the status in the merchant portal under Customers > Order errors, in the Errors columns an invalid product options
error appears.

Resolution
This error occurs when a subscription does not have the required product options, or has outdated product options that need to be updated.
To resolve the invalid product options
error, swap the existing product to the latest version on the customer's profile. If you would like to process the order after completing the swap, click Actions and select Retry to retry the order. You can also wait for the automatic retry settings to retry the charge as well.
