Discount code option does not appear on the customer portal

Issue
The option to input a discount code does not appear on the customer portal.
Environment
Platform: Cross-platform
Resolution
The discount code entry field is only present if you have active discount codes available to your customers. Discount codes must be created in both your ecommerce platform and Recharge to work for both checkout and recurring orders.
Create a discount code to ensure the field appears.
To enable discounts on the customer portal, confirm that the Enter discount codes is enabled in the customer portal settings.
