The customer receives the error message that: Payment_processor and either a payment token or authorization_token must be present when not free.

Resolution
The Payment_processor error message appears when the customer is using an incompatible or outdated browser. Payment processors have security requirements that outdated browsers do not meet. Customers encountering this error must update their browser to the latest version or switch to an alternative browser compatible with their payment processor. Refer to your payment processor's help center for details on supported browsers.
