Shop Pay payment method not updating

Issue
Customers update their payment method in Shop Pay but it fails.

Resolution
Shop Pay has a limit of two updates per payment method within a 20 minute window. If the customer tries to update more than two cards, they will need to wait until after 20 minutes has passed to continue to do so.
