Shop Pay payment method not updating

Issue
Customers update their payment method in Shop Pay but it fails.
Environment

Resolution
Shop Pay limits updates to two per payment method within a 20-minute window. If the customer tries to update more than 2 cards, they will need to wait 20 minutes before continuing.
The customer must adjust the payment methods in their Shop Pay account. For details, review Shop Pay's Managing subscription orders guide and Updating payment methods for steps to adjust the payment method on file.
