Issue
If recurring charges suddenly stop processing, it may be because of billing issues with your store.
Environment
Platform: Cross-platform
Resolution
Check your Billing status
- Click Settings and then Billing & plan in the merchant portal.
- Review the Payment information section.
- A CARD_DECLINED status indicates that the Recharge billing team has reached out multiple times regarding payment issues. If payments are still overdue by month's end, a final warning is sent advising your store will be put on hold.
- Confirm with your store owner or billing contact to make an immediate update.
- Update your billing information accordingly.
- Reply to the email from our Billing team or reach out to Recharge Support to have the hold removed.
Check your orders
