Customer does not receive the payment method update email

Issue
The customer is trying to update their payment method, but the email to update is not being delivered.
Environment
- Shopify Checkout Integration
Resolution
While the majority of subscription-related notifications are managed by Recharge, the Update payment method email is handled by Shopify.
This notification can be customized in your Shopify settings by clicking Notifications and selecting Customer payment method update request.
If you are experiencing issues with customers receiving the email, reach out to Shopify Support to troubleshoot.
