Issue
You may notice the following issues with your product images:
- Not generating in your Klaviyo email templates or campaigns.
- Redirects to a broken link, an error 404 page.

Resolution
This issue can be resolved by converting your store to Product Subscription Plans.
Alternatively, navigate to the Recharge merchant portal and select Products. Remove the products associated with the images and then re-add them again.
Step 1 - Remove the product
- Open the Products page from the merchant portal.
- Click the Actions menu for the product that needs updating.
- Click Remove from Recharge.
- Click Remove product from Recharge in the popup window to confirm that you would like to delete the product.
Step 2 - Add the product
- Click Add products to access the product options.
- Click the checkbox next to the product you want to add back to Recharge and select Add products.
- Reconfigure the subscription type and order schedule for the product.
- Save the product.
The product should now appear correctly on the product page.
