You want to create custom flows based on the customer's upcoming order number.

To create custom flows in Klaviyo, use the variant_ids_order_upcoming_number and variant_ids properties with the Order upcoming on ReCharge or Order upcoming (prepaid) on ReCharge metrics.

• variant_ids_order_upcoming_number: Indicates the sequential number of the customer's upcoming order (e.g., first, second, third)
• variant_ids: Identifies the specific products in the upcoming order

When creating flows in Klaviyo, you can use properties to segment and target customers based on specific conditions. For example, you could segment customers using the variant_ids_order_upcoming_numberon their fifth upcoming order and send them a personalized note thanking them for their loyalty. You could also use the variant_ids property to further segment customers based on the specific products in the upcoming order.
