Customers must login to their account to view the Quick Action.

Resolution
When you use Quick Actions and have Force Shopify Customer account login enabled in customer portal settings, customers must login to their account to view the customer portal.
Customers are prompted to log in using their Shopify customer account email and password if they choose to view the change they made in the customer portal after they process the quick action change or when using the "view customer portal" quick action.
