Issue
You have not received an email confirmation of your CSV export.
Environment
Platform: Cross-platform
Resolution
If you have not received an email confirmation of your CSV export, you can instead download the completed export from your merchant portal.
- Go to Tools & Apps and select Exports.
- Hover over the export and select the Download button to download the export.
