Issue
You have not received an email confirmation of your CSV export.

Resolution
If you have not received an email confirmation of your CSV export, you can instead download the completed export from your merchant portal.
- Go to Tools & Apps and select Exports.
- Locate the completed export by the export name, associate date, and update type.
- Under Actions, click the download icon to get the CSV file.
