Recharge Ambassador Program Guide
Note: This document and it's contents are subject to change at Recharge's sole discretion. Recharge may, from time to time, change the Ambassador Program details in this document, so please check this document periodically for changes as revisions will be effective immediately unless otherwise referenced in the Recharge Ambassador Program Terms. To the extent there is a conflict between this document and Recharge's Ambassador Program Terms (as applicable to you, each referred to as the "Terms"), the terms contained in the Terms shall supersede this document.

How to become a Recharge Ambassador
- Apply to be a Recharge ambassador. We aim to review your application within 5 business days.
- If approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your PartnerSlack account.
- Start referring merchants via your affiliate link, available in PartnerStack.
Commissions - how it works
- Send us merchant referrals - by driving traffic to our website via your PartnerSlack affiliate link.
- If a merchant submits a form on our website within the 90-day cookie window, we'll review it for commission eligibility (within 10 business days). Your referral must be a new opportunity: a new merchant to Recharge (not a current customer) who is not already in contact with our sales team.
- If your qualified referral becomes a Recharge customer (see definitions below), you'll get paid a commission based on the commission rates outlined above via PartnerSlack.
- A qualified merchant referral is considered a customer when:
- Standard: the merchant installs and goes live with Recharge and pays the first invoice.
- Pro or Custom: the merchant signs and executes a Merchant Contract with Recharge.
