Frictionless Subscription Management
Recharge provides you and your customers with the tools needed to effortlessly manage subscriptions. There are seven key options you can enable in the customer portal to offer Frictionless Subscription Management. The Subscription setup scorecard checks to see if these features are enabled so that you can ensure customers are getting the most out of the customer portal.

Overview
Frictionless Subscription Management consists of the following seven options:
- Edit upcoming order date - Let customers change the date for their upcoming order
- Edit upcoming quantity - Let customers change the quantity of the product they ordered
- Add products to subscription - Let customers add additional one-time and subscription products to their subscription
- Change variants - Let customers change the variant of the product they’re subscribed to
- Swap product - Let customers subscribe to a different product
- Skip shipment - Let customers skip their next upcoming shipment
- Edit frequency - Let customers change how often they receive their recurring order
