Why didn't my customer receive their Win Back discount?
You can offer a discount code as a Win Back incentive to entice churned customers to reactivate.
By default, the welcome banner on the Win Back landing page displays the incentive, such as free shipping or discount amount.
For example, if you have a discount code that requires a customer to spend $20 to receive a discount, and a customer only spends $15, customers will see the discount reflected on the landing page, but the discount code will not apply to the customer’s order.
If your discount code comes with specific conditions, like a minimum purchase requirement or being valid only for certain products, you must make sure your landing page communicates that the discount is applicable only when those conditions are met. Consider adding explicit text in the welcome banner, letting customers know that they must meet any discount stipulations to receive the incentive.
