Reports overview
Reports give you full visibility into the records behind your subscription performance metrics. Use them to audit KPI changes, validate growth drivers, and export detailed data for deeper analysis.
This guide explains which reports are available and how to view and export store data.
Overview
Use Analytics reports to access the individual records behind dashboard metrics. Open a report to review summary totals, drill into detailed records, compare time periods, and export data for deeper analysis.
In Analytics reports, you can:
Compare metrics across time periods
View summary totals and period-by-period rows in the Report tab
Open the Drill-down tab to see the individual records behind a metric
Export either aggregated report data or detailed drill-down data
Use Analytics reports when you need to verify how a metric was calculated or identify the specific records driving a change.
Analytics reports can be used to answer the following questions:
Which specific subscribers are included in this KPI?
Which orders drove this revenue increase?
Which subscriptions churned during this period?
Which customer actions preceded a spike in churn?
When to use Reports
Use Reports when you need detailed, record-level data behind a dashboard metric.
Reports are especially useful when you want to:
Identify which subscribers are included in a metric (for example, Active subscribers)
Export data for deeper analysis in spreadsheets or BI tools
Audit revenue, subscriber, or subscription changes over a specific period
Investigate unexpected movement in a dashboard KPI
Share detailed performance data with stakeholders
