Recharge support sent you an email indicating that some gifts could not be created.

Resolution
These notifications indicate an invalid store set-up that you must correct to prevent ongoing errors. If Recharge could not create the gift order because of an:
- Invalid redeemable product: Ensure your product is configured correctly in Recharge for gifting before adding the Gift Widget
- Issue with recipient details: Ensure the gift widget includes mandatory Gift Recipient details
You can manually create the failed orders and import the gift orders into Recharge. Review the email from Recharge support to import the gift orders into your store:
- Copy the Shopify order ID from the Failed to create gift order notification.
- Click on the Import Gift Orders link in the Failed to create gift order notification.
- Click Import Gift Order in the top right of your screen.
- Paste the Shopify Order ID you received in your notification and press Import gift order.
- Follow the instructions on the page to adjust the invalid data for the order. This could be related to the redeemable product or the recipient details.
- Press Import gift order at the bottom of the page.
