How do I remove or add products to the custom Recharge shipping profile on Shopify?

Note: Changing a Shipping zone or Rate of the custom Recharge shipping profile in Shopify will not automatically update queued charges. If you want queued charges updated, contact Recharge support.
Avoid removing or adding products, as altering products in this shipping profile can affect existing shipping configurations. Products added in Recharge should automatically update in the custom Recharge shipping profile in Shopify.
If product changes are needed because the update did not occur correctly, you can delete and then recreate the custom Recharge shipping profile.
Remove the old custom Recharge shipping profile
- Note the Fulfillment locations, Shipping zones, and Rates you have set up in Shopify.
- In the Recharge merchant portal, select Settings, then click Shipping.
- Click Delete next to Your Recharge shipping profile is active.
- Click Confirm: delete shipping profile.
Add the new custom Recharge shipping profile
- From the Recharge shipping settings, click Create a Shopify shipping profile for me.
- Click Configure rates. This will open your Shopify shipping settings.
- Click Start shipping in your Shopify settings. Set the new custom Recharge shipping settings on Shopify to match your previous Shipping zones and Rates. Save your shipping profile.
- In your Recharge shipping settings, click Mark as done & continue.
- Click Assign subscription products. It may take a few minutes for the products to be added.
- Click Manage rates next to Your Recharge shipping profile is active to open the profile in Shopify and confirm that all products are now added under the custom profile.
