Why am I seeing a "No applicable rates" error?

No applicable rates error message appears.

Resolution
This occurs when you have Zones and Rates set up in your Recharge shipping settings, but are missing zone rates that meet a specific product threshold. To resolve this, add or adjust the existing zone rates. See Recharge Shipping zones and rates for more information.
