Can I swap customers from one SKU Swap workflow to another?
You cannot swap existing customers from one SKU Swap workflow to another yourself. You must contact Recharge Support to assist with this transition.
Before swapping customers from one workflow to another, ensure the new workflow is set up. When ready to swap, deactivate the existing workflow and set the new workflow to live.
Once the new workflow is set up, contact the Recharge Support team with the subject line Swap workflow request. In the email, provide a completed CSV with the following columns:
- subscription_id
- attribute_name
- attribute_value
