"Something went wrong" error message when accessing Recharge
Issue
The error message "Something went wrong" appears when trying to access or navigate the Recharge merchant portal.
Environment
Platform: Cross-platform
Resolution
- Verify the account email address being used is valid.
- Have another user attempt to access the Recharge merchant portal. Then, try accessing the merchant portal from a different internet browser. If this issue only occurs for one user or browser, see our guide on Browser Troubleshooting.
- If the issue persists, check our Recharge Status page to see if there are any active system issues.
