The customer portal loads slowly

The Recharge customer portal takes a long time to load or functions slowly.
Environment
Resolution
The customer portal page populates the data present on the customer's account. If the customer's account contains many subscriptions, it may take a few moments for the page to load. If the customer has many cancelled subscriptions, those can be deleted to reduce the loading times.
If you are experiencing load speed issues and have the customer portal location set to Embedded in platform storefront, Recharge recommends working with your theme developer or a third-party developer to review your storefront theme files and see how you can optimize the page load.
