Why didn't the advanced Failed Payment Recovery strategy retry a charge error?

Advanced Failed Payment Recovery only retries payment related errors that can be resolved by a retrying a charge or a customer updating their payment method in the customer portal. It is designed to automatically handle certain types of payment failures, but it does not retry all errors. The error types that trigger an advanced Failed Payment Recovery retry are defined in our Managing order errors guide.
