At checkout, the Checkout Upsell experience is not appearing.

Resolution
If your customer is using Shop Pay, ensure the Checkout behavior setting in Shopify is set to Include app block in Shop Pay. By default, this setting is not enabled. In order for the upsell offer to display in Shop Pay this setting must be enabled.
