How to get a transcript of your chatbot conversation

If you create a live chat or email support ticket, we automatically send a transcript to your email. This lets you send extra details or files if needed. For all other conversations, transcripts are not sent automatically.
To download or email yourself a copy of your in-app support bot conversation:
- Click the three-dot menu (︙) in the top-left corner of the chatbot window.
- Select Download Transcript to save the conversation to your computer, or Email transcript to choose an email address to receive the transcript.
Note: If nothing happens, check your browser’s pop-up blocker settings.
