Available reports
Recharge AI Reports automatically generate insights based on your store’s subscription data. Each report focuses on a specific goal to help you identify growth opportunities, reduce churn, and improve recovery. They highlight meaningful changes in your store’s performance and provide actionable context.
Each report email contains:
- A summary of key metrics and trends
- Benchmark comparisons and growth indicators
- An AI insights section that summarizes key findings, including spikes, outliers, and month-over-month and year-over-year trends
Recharge sends you an email every month so you can review each report regularly.
Sales and subscribers analytics report
Shows your subscriber revenue, active subscribers, and net subscriber growth, with benchmark and trend comparisons.
Payment errors and recovery report
Tracks failed payment trends, recovery success, and opportunities to improve dunning performance.
Cancellations analytics report
Shows cancellation patterns, prevention success, and highlights spikes or anomalies in churn behavior.
Monthly product performance report
Shows a summary of product performance.
Enabling and disabling Recharge AI Reports
You can enable or disable each report type from your store’s Notifications page.
- In the Recharge merchant portal, click Email and then Store owner.
- Click on the following to enable or disable the specific report:
- Sales and subscribers analytics report
- Payment errors and recovery report
- Cancellation prevention report
- Monthly product performance report
- Turn the report emails on or off by clicking Activate notification or Deactivate notification.
Reports are sent automatically to your store’s notification email address. Each report type has its own email so you can focus on specific areas of performance. You can enable or disable each report at any time.
Adding email recipients
You can configure your settings so that Recharge AI Reports are sent to multiple users.
- In the Recharge merchant portal, click Email and then Store owner.
- Click on the following to enable or disable the specific report:
- Sales and subscribers report
- Payment errors and recovery report
- Cancellation prevention report
- Monthly product performance report
- In the Sender email info section, enter the email address of the recipient in the Recipients field.
- To add multiple recipients, separate their email addresses with commas.
- Click Save to apply your updates.
