Can I apply discount codes to the checkout automatically?

Although automatic discounts can apply to the initial checkout order, automatic discounts are not supported for recurring orders on the Recharge Checkout on BigCommerce. 

Shopify Checkout Integration or Migrated Shopify Checkout Integration

Recharge's Automatic discounts Early Adopter Program lets you apply automatic discounts created in Shopify to subscription orders in Recharge. See Automatic discounts Early Adopter Program for more information. 

Without the Automatic discounts Early Adopter Program, automatic discounts are not supported on the Shopify Checkout Integration. You may be able to use an automatic discount with custom coding. Consider working with a third-party developer and testing the discount before proceeding.
