Bulk editing subscriptions in the merchant portal
You can update subscriptions in bulk for customers subscribed to multiple products, rather than adjusting each subscription individually.
This guide explains how to use the bulk edit feature to update all subscription products in a customer's account at once.
Using the bulk edit function
Customers may have multiple subscription products that need updating. Use the bulk edit function to make changes to multiple subscriptions at one time for a specific customer:
- Select Customers in the merchant portal and click Customers from the dropdown.
- Search for and select the customer.
- Next to the subscription products, check all subscription products you would like to update. Select the top checkbox if you'd like to auto-select all products within the Address.
- Click Actions.
- Select one of the following bulk actions from the Actions dropdown:
- Reschedule the charge date
- Update delivery frequency
- Move subscriptions to a new address
- Cancel selected subscriptions
- Delete selected subscriptions permanently
- Re-activate previously cancelled subscriptions
- Follow the prompt to update the subscription. Click Update to update all selected subscriptions.
