Recharge Early Adopter Programs (EAPs) give you access to new products and features before they are widely released.
As an early adopter, you can explore new functionality and share feedback that helps shape the future of Recharge.
Purpose
Early Adopter Programs are designed to benefit both you and Recharge:
- You get early access to new products and features.
- You can influence how these features evolve.
- Recharge gathers your feedback to improve the experience before general release.
Your feedback helps improve the user experience and resolve issues before a wider release.
Note: Products and features in an Early Adopter Program will likely contain known feature gaps, limitations, and occasional bugs. Recharge recommends testing Early Adopter features in a development environment or with a small group of customers before rolling them out broadly.

The Early Adopter Program portal brings all of Recharge’s Early Adopter Programs into one place.
To sign up for an Early Adopter Program:
- Select the program you want to join.
- Review the documentation and eligibility requirements.
- Follow the instructions to enable or request access.
- Submit the sign-up form.
A member of the Product team will contact you with the next steps. Timelines vary by program and will be shared after you submit the form.
Pricing
Early Adopter features may be available at no additional cost during the program. If the feature becomes a paid offering after general availability, you’ll be notified in advance. Any prior usage will be exempt from billing. Your use of these products or features is governed by our Terms of Service.
Status and eligibility
Recharge may run multiple Early Adopter Programs at the same time. You must enroll in each program separately.
Eligibility requirements vary by program. Some programs are open to all eligible merchants, while others are invite-only.
