FAQ
How do I organize the products in my collection?
At this time, products within collections are sorted alphabetically. In a future update, you'll be able to custom sort the products.
Can I have multiple collections assigned to my customer portal?
No, you can only assign one collection to your customer portal at a time. The benefit of creating multiple collections is that you can prepare for sales, promotions, and new products you want to promote by creating the collection ahead of time and then making it live on your customer portal when you are ready.
Can I bulk update specific products in a collection?
No. Bulk updates will apply to all products within the collection. If you would like to only update certain products, you will have to move the other products into a different collection.
Can I bulk update specific settings in a collection?
When using the bulk update option, all subscription property settings will apply to the products regardless of original property settings.
Can I display only one-time products in a collection?
Yes, with Product Subscription Plans, all products are saved on Recharge, whether they are available as one-time or subscription purchases. This allows you to create Recharge collections that only contain one-time products.
