Message delivery |
RechargeSMS cannot guarantee the delivery of SMS messages. There may be times when a cell phone carrier fails to deliver or send a message due to system interruptions out of RechargeSMS's control. |
Time zones |
The time displayed on SMS messages is in UTC and is not adjusted to your or your customers' local time zones. |
Updates to customers' phone numbers | If a customer changes their phone number, they must re-opt into RechargeSMS. Customers can opt in using the checkout or landing page opt-in widgets. |
