Why can't I preview the Upcoming order email?

Issue
The Upcoming order emails preview does not show, and an error message displays.
Environment

- Migrated Shopify Checkout Integration

Cause
This issue occurs when your store has no customers with active subscriptions and upcoming charges.
Resolution
The email preview requires at least one active subscription with a scheduled next charge date.
To resolve the issue, create a test customer with an active subscription and future scheduled order. The preview should then display correctly.
