How can I update my my store vertical?

A store vertical refers to a specific industry category or market segment that a business operates in. It groups stores by what they sell or the niche they serve, rather than how they sell.

You select your store vertical when you initially download Recharge. You can reach out to the Recharge team through the merchant portal to request to update your vertical at any time:

1. From the merchant portal, select Analytics and click Dashboards.
2. In the Dashboards menu, select Performance, then click Benchmarks.

3. In the Industry benchmarks callout, click here to submit a recategorization request.
