How to update bundle pricing in bulk for dynamic bundles

Use the Import tool to sync dynamic bundle product pricing with Shopify. 

This guide explains how to use the Import tool to keep bundle prices accurate when Shopify prices change.

How it works

Upload a CSV file with your dynamic bundles subscription_id values using the Import tool. Recharge then retrieves current pricing from Shopify and applies it to all bundle products associated with each subscription.

Step 1 - Prepare the CSV file

Create a CSV file that includes the subscription_id values for any subscriptions with dynamic bundles that need pricing synced.

You can use the dynamic bundles price sync template if you know the subscription_ids that need updating, or you can start with the Customizable bundles - active export and remove all unnecessary columns and rows.

Step 2 - Perform the bulk update

Use the Import tool to perform the bulk update:

1. From the merchant portal click Tool & apps and select Bulk updates.
2. Click Import a CSV update.
3. Select Sync bundle selection prices as your update type.
4. Add your CSV file and click Next: preview update.
5. Review the list of Subscription Ids. Click Confirm: prepare update to move to the next step.
6. Click Got it! to navigate back to the Bulk updates page.
7. When the file is ready, click Process update and then Update bundles to perform the bulk update.
