"You have scheduled orders on days with borders" message in the customer portal
Issue
When rescheduling orders in the Recharge customer portal, you see the message "You have scheduled orders on days with borders".
Environment
Platform:
- Shopify Checkout Integration
- Migrated Shopify Checkout Integration
Cause
The message appears because the calendar highlights (with borders) any dates that have scheduled orders. It’s simply a visual indicator showing which days have upcoming orders and is not related to any rules, cutoffs, or special configurations.
If there are no days with borders around them, then there are no scheduled orders for the dates shown in that calendar view.
For example, the 29th has a border around it, meaning there is an order scheduled for that date.
The number shown next to the message represents the total number of scheduled orders for that customer.
Resolution
You can edit this copy through your merchant admin settings:
- Log in to your Recharge app admin.
- Navigate to Storefront → Copy & translations → Customer portal.
- Expand the Orders section.
- Locate the field labeled “You have scheduled orders on days with borders.”
- Edit the text as desired.
- Save your changes.
Please note that the number shown next to the message (indicating the count of scheduled orders) cannot be removed with CSS.
