Scope of support for apps and integrations
You have the ability to use third-party apps and integrations to enhance the capabilities of the standard Recharge app. Apps found in the Recharge Integrations directory may be supported by Recharge or by the third-party app or service that built the integration. This article highlights the scope of support for apps and integrations that work with Recharge.
Support for integrations built by Recharge
Recharge has partnered with a number of key apps to build integrations that enhance the user experience for our merchants and their customers. In these partnerships, Recharge has actively engaged in some parts or all of the development of these integrations.
These apps built by or in part by Recharge are supported by the Recharge Technical Support team in partnership with the app or software, unless otherwise noted. Support includes answering common questions, troubleshooting, investigating and diagnosing errors, and working with the app partner to solve any integration degradation.
The Technical Support team may, through diagnosis, recognize that a component or issue originates from the third-party service and may request that you reach out to the app directly to further investigate.

Support for integrations built by other apps or services
Third-party apps that build integrations to Recharge utilize the Recharge API to read and/or write to Recharge. In these cases, the development and configuration to connect the app to Recharge is maintained by the third-party service. As a result, Technical Support is limited to the level of support that can be provided.
In these circumstances, the Recharge scope of support is limited to confirming Recharge API connectivity and uptime, directing to login credentials, or directions on where you can configure Recharge-specific settings.
If you are experiencing errors or troubleshooting issues with these apps, it is important to direct your questions and concerns to the app developer. If it is required for Recharge developers to get involved, the individual app developer will connect with our development team directly to assist in a resolution.

Locate contact information for third-party apps
The Recharge Integrations directory provides contact and company information for the app.
- Navigate to the Recharge Integrations directory.
- Search for the integration using the search bar or side panel filter.
- Select the app and review the information provided.
